Went away for the holiday and wanted my house clean when I got home, so I called Memphis Maids. Wow, they did a fantastic job. I have had many housecleaners over the years, but this one is by far the best. They even went out and cleaned my screened in porch, and this is December - it was dirty out there! Not only was the house cleaned to my expectations, but it smelled good too. How nice to come home to such a sparkling clean house. They are also very competitively priced and a pleasure to do business when. Highly recommended.

I've been using Memphis Maids for over a year now, and I have yet to have a bad experience. The owner is always available day, night, and weekends. I have never had a problem with scheduling; in fact, my housekeeper has never even been late. The house always looks great, even with me not being home to check on it. I highly recommend Memphis Maids.

I have a fantastic housekeeper through this company. She is always here when she needs to be, and she's very fast! Steve has also been great. When we've needed to reschedule, it was no problem, and he was very accommodating. He and the housekeeper check in often to make sure that we are happy. Despite the one bad review, I still tell my friends to use Memphis Maids. I have never had an issue with not being able to get in touch with anyone. Maybe it is because we are recurring customers, but we've also never had an issue or conflict with scheduling. Overall, they've done a fantastic job. My wife and I have been through about 4 housekeepers in the past, and we're very happy with Memphis Maids.

When I was living in Memphis, I had a situation where someone broke into my apartment when I was out of town and trashed the place. It looked like John Belushi came back from the dead and reunited the cast of Animal House within my apartment.

They didn't steal anything...just had a party and left garbage EVERYWHERE. Yes, even in the toilet.

Well, my landlord wanted it cleaned right away. With work and everything that was going on, I didn't have the hours and hours I knew I would need to clean the place to their desires. So I hopped on the internet.

I'm not rich. Not even close. So when I saw the so-called "elite" places and their pricing I was discouraged. Then I found Memphis Maids, the prices were very reasonable, and I thought I'd take a shot.

My "maid" made the place look better than I thought it could look...

So that started a two year relationship (even when I moved from one side of Memphis to another) of Memphis Maids taking care of my apartment every few months. They were on time, dependable and followed through with everything they said they would do.

Bottom Line: If you want a place so clean your mom will be embarrassed about how she cleaned your room as a kid, call these guys.

I've used many cleaning companies before, and consider myself extremely picky when it comes to selecting professional services. However, Memphis Maids, was the most thorough and they even took the extra time they needed to clean my house, honoring the initial quote they gave me for a 4 hr. job. When the corners of my baseboards were spotless, I knew I got more than my monies worth. Thank you again, Memphis Maids, for being so diligent! Will definitely use again.

I called Memphis Maids in a panic! My daughter was getting married and her house had recently had months of construction done. It was a total disaster! I called Memphis Maids and asked for someone to please come help me . This was 10 days before Christmas and I totally expected them to say, "No Way, this close to Christmas." Not only were they able to send one person, but they were able to find a second person at the last minute. Both those cleaners hit the door and didn't stop for 4 hours. I am so grateful to them for helping not only to make the house more presentable, but it really took a big load off the mind of the Mother of the Bride.
