Of course, every great team needs more than one star player. That’s where Ruby, our Service Manager, comes in. She is a customer service phenom with a talent for making people feel heard, helped, and cared for. She first made her mark at Dallas Maids, where she quickly became known for her ability to handle unique challenges and special requests like a pro, all while keeping the team running smoothly. So when Memphis Maids began to grow, we knew Ruby was the perfect person to help take us to the next level. Charming, friendly, and full of energy, Ruby brings a passion to her work that’s contagious. If you ever call the office and hear her voice on the other end, you’ll instantly know you’re in good hands.
