We clean a lot of homes around Memphis. Like… a lot.

And after a while, you start to notice patterns. Not in a creepy “we’re tracking your habits” way, but more like, “huh… people in this area really don’t like dirty baseboards.” So we took a look at our recurring customers, the ones who have us back week after week, month after month, to see where cleaning is less of a one-time panic and more of a lifestyle.

What we found was… not shocking, but definitely interesting.

Bi-Weekly Cleanings

Let’s start with biweekly cleaning, because this is where most people land once they’ve had that moment of clarity. You know the one. You clean your house top to bottom, sit down, admire your work… and then two days later it looks like a family of raccoons hosted a dinner party.

Biweekly is the sweet spot. And in this category, Memphis leads the way, making up about a third of all recurring customers. Germantown isn’t far behind, followed closely by Cordova. After that, things spread out across the surrounding areas like Lakeland and Collierville, but the drop-off is noticeable. It’s clear where the cleaning momentum lives.

Every Three Weeks Cleaning

Then there’s the every-three-weeks crowd. These are the optimists. The gamblers. The people who say, “We can stretch it a little longer,” and sometimes… they’re right.

This group is even more Memphis-heavy, with over half of customers located right in the city. A smaller portion comes from places like Cordova and Olive Branch, but for the most part, this is a Memphis-driven experiment in how long a home can stay presentable before things start to unravel.

Sometimes it works beautifully. Sometimes… not so much.

Monthly Cleaning

Monthly cleaning is where things get philosophical.

You either have a system that works incredibly well… or you’ve made peace with a certain level of chaos. There’s not much in between.

Again, Memphis takes the lead, accounting for just over half of these customers. Cordova shows up as a solid second, with Germantown and Bartlett holding steady behind it. These are households that tend to either be naturally tidy or very good at closing doors when guests come over.

We respect both strategies.

Weekly Cleaning

And then there’s weekly cleaning.

This is the “we’re not letting it get bad” club. The people who have experienced the joy of a consistently clean home and decided they’re never going back.

Memphis absolutely dominates here, with the vast majority of weekly customers located in the city. Eads quietly makes a strong showing too, which tells us there are some very disciplined households out there who take their clean seriously.

Once you get used to walking into a home that’s always in good shape, something shifts. You stop thinking about cleaning as a task and start thinking of it as… just handled.

What Does This Mean?

So what does all of this actually mean?

It means Memphis isn’t just where we clean the most, it’s where people have really embraced the idea that cleaning works best when it’s consistent. Not reactive. Not a last-minute scramble before guests arrive. But something built into the rhythm of life.

Germantown and Cordova aren’t far behind, and they show up again and again across different schedules, which tells us those areas are full of people who’ve figured it out too.
