Do you need your floor cleaned, windows shined, and you’ve just realized you are out of your favorite cleaner? No need to make a trip to the store! Here are some great and quick recipes for homemade cleaners that will work in a pinch!

For your Windows or glass try this simple recipe:

¼ c. White vinegar
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
2 c. warm water

Throw all those ingredients into a spray bottle and shake. Spray your home made cleaner on to your surface and wipe! I know you are questioning the cornstarch but trust me, it works great! Not only does this work it’s great for the environment; there’s no harsh chemicals to breathe!

forget the toilet!

This next quick tip is a favorite of mine! Grab one or two cokes from the fridge and head towards the restroom! With a toilet bowl brush in hand as well! All you do is pour the sodas in the toilet, let it sit for a few minutes and then scrub away! Coke has been known to be pretty harsh on your stomach and to eat coins right up…..well all that junk found in soda will cause all those stains to vanish!

What about the floors?

I have here a great and easy homemade floor remedy that you’ll love!

You will need the following:

1 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1 c. rubbing alcohol
1 tbs. Dish soap

Mix all these ingredients together with your favorite mop and tackle those dirty grimy floors! You will be amazed at the results. This is not only easy on the environment but your pocket as well!
